I am sorry that you feel this way and of course we understand your disappointment and frustration. Unfortunately the landlord for this property initially did not provide us with a clear instruction on whether we could proceed with checking references for the proposed tenancy and then later said that he would consider a tenancy but only with a guarantor in place. The landlord then changed his mind regarding the tenancy for reasons we cannot state in a public forum. We believed that we did explain this to you at the the time and we realise you were angry with his decision. We have checked the timeline of events and have not found anything that we as as an agent could have done better other than perhaps double checking at each stage that you understood the reasons why the landlord was initially hesitating, then requesting a guarantor and finally refusing to consider progressing with the tenancy. Well well well! Everything you say is a lie. We were offered the tenancy so get your facts straight and don't post on public forum false words. Not a surprise to receive this response. There is no misunderstanding on my part only a mishandling on your part. The statement you have publicly stated is news to me so obviously your staff DO NOT tell the client ANYTHING. We knew nothing of this information which points up that the treatment my daughter and I suffered was unnecessary and hurtful and very unprofessional. All the remarks made are in order to make your staff look faultless which they're not. If you had taken the time to speak to me as I requested then I would not have needed to write this review. I was blocked from speaking with you so unfortunately had to speak with the very member of staff who was not transparent with us or kind. My daughter was made to feel most uncomfortable and reduced to tears on more than one occasion. None of our offers were given to the landlord so the negotiations on your staff's part were less than satisfactory. When the landlord eventually asked for my daughter to be his next tenant there were no follow up phone calls just a deathly silence. This speaks volumes about your from and its staff. Fortunately we were able to secure a fine property with a landlord with integrity and an agent who treat us well and professionally- none of which we can attribute to your female staff. It is pathetic to post such a ridiculous response to cover your own backs. I hope you all have some conscience about the distress you caused and the appalling handling of this letting. Nothing you can say will put right the absolutely awful manner of treatment that we received. I hope other prospective tenants think twice before usually this firm - BEWARE.

I am sorry but this is simply not the case and we have followed the instructions of the landlord at all times. The landlord after meeting with you informed us that he did not wish to proceed with the tenancy. We invited you to follow our complaints procedure in order that everything was logged correctly and you declined. We are still happy to re-investigate if you wish to make a formal complaint as originally suggested.

Dear Mr Rich Yes I do wish to make a formal complaint about the tenancy and the untruths that you have made in your second comment. Firstly at no time was I offered the opportunity to make a formal complaint and I certainly didn't decline this as it was not offered to me. Secondly the landlord offered my daughter/me the tenancy via your female agent via my daughter's mobile which we can prove. May I suggest that you investigate this matter in the light of this information and find out who is feeding you with incorrect and false information? Please leave full details for me to make formal complaint. Before you proceed with the investigation be aware that we have proof of the landlord's offer of a tenancy

Mr Rich says I will send you the complaints procedure again! This is completely ridiculous since I have never been offered this, or been sent one. He maintains falsely that we were never offered a tenancy which is totally untrue. Since I can't abide people who tell lies I will pursue this so he sees that honesty is the only policy to work by. I'm beyond words at the untruths this man keeps telling on a public forum so I'm looking forward to exposing this firm via the complaints procedure
