The people at this branch are extremely unprofessional and unfortunately fit the stereotype of a bad estate agent - sly and lying. We were meant to be considered for a property before it was put out on the market however Green and Co letting agents decided to put an advert online on Monday and the contacted us on Tuesday to allegedly get some 'details'. On Wednesday they declined to reference us on the basis of our circumstances and said they will proceed to put the property up online - confusing considering this was already done the day before we were asked about any information? The letting agents had no clue about anything numerous times we phoned, they were struggling to find relevant information or failed to know that they were even marketing the property not to mention their attitude and unproffesional appearance.
