I was impressed with Sinan's professionalism and commitment to my rental in finding the right tenants to suit my exacting specifications. He worked very hard and diligently on this rental for me taking each obstetrical in his stride. I think Hart is very lucky to have him and feel that he will be very successful in the future.

Standard fees for finding a tenant and managing the property. Some flexibility in fees would be nice, but at the end of the day, Sinan secured a tenant at a good rent, so I am happy. Better to have a tenant than a void.

If anyone uses haarts or spicer mccoll just remember that if you remove your property from sale, they will charge you £150 + vat.
