TERRIBLE...Paid �1250pcm for a property in which any issues reported took absolutely ages to resolve or were just ignored. Emails to them ignored most times and completely unprofessional. It is now a fortnight since a broken electric shower was reported. No water comes out making the shower unusable. However still no plumber. One was supposed to arrive yesterday. But did not turn up.
