TERRIBLE...Paid �1250pcm for a property in which any issues reported took absolutely ages to resolve or were just ignored. Emails to them ignored most times and completely unprofessional. We are now being accused of small flooring damage to a small cupboard, which was stuffed full of the owners stuff, so covering such damage. Having issues getting our �1350 deposit back with zero response from Weekes to our emails or promptings from the DPS. Have to now go through claim process and involve legals..AVOID at all costs. I would not allow this company to manage my property.

It is now a fortnight since a broken electric shower was reported. No water comes out making the shower unusable. However still no plumber. One was supposed to arrive yesterday. But did not turn up.
