My personal experience with FPE is negative I am afraid. Yes the block that we are in is old and in need of maintenance with all residents needing to pay more to move the block forward. However with FPE we moved backward. A very disorganised company, minor work would be carried out with no prior notice of when contractors were arriving, jobs that were done had to be redone time and time again. Confusing billing and accounts, not straight forward and no explanation given. Getting anything done was a nightmare. A need to improve their customer service skills, rude and unhelpful staff who clearly have a negative attitude to leaseholders. A real need to improve the customer experience would go a long way. If you value your sanity and finances. Avoid.

20 Feb 2018Thank you for your review unfortunately we didn't get the chance to respond to your concerns and I hope you are happy with your new agent. The lease dictates whether or not a reserve fund can be collected however sometimes this is not taken into account which will cause problems if you have to collect a debt via a solicitor.

I wouldn't use FPE Management if all my property depended on it. Their knowledge of the field is embarrassing.
