from a landlords perspective avoid this agency like the plague. Their property inspection regime is worse than useless despite paying the full management fee.

Avoid this company!! Rude and lazy. Their property inspection for a landlord is disgusting. Property left in a disgusting state. They just want money for doing nothing.
