I seen a property through Zoopla for sale a few days ago, I Emailed allen & harris through zoopla asking for a home report sent out to myself and a property viewing , I get no answer. Then I personally phone the office and speak to Jackie , give her my details and still get no home report sent out to me. I phoned again spoke to someone else in the office, She told me the home report would be sent out to me , and it hasn't . so I phone for the 3rd time I get through to Jackie and explained the situation , and she was very rude over the phone. told me I hung up abruptly and she never got the email right. yet through zoopla allen and harris would have my email. This property on Cathcart road offers over 50k 2 bed. has been on the market for over a year. any wonder when you have staff with a bad attitude dealing with selling your property. I am going to approach the landlord and will let him know how Allen And Harris are dealing with his property.
