Allen and Harris came out to value our property at our request. We were told to expect between £160,000 - £170,000. We then considered part exchange and when asked by the part exchange agents their value changed dramatically to £145,000. What ever the correct value they obviously are willing to be dishonest either to us or the part exchange agents to secure business. Unsurprisingly we will be using another agent to sell our property. Very disappointing.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent could have been consistent with their valuation.

I seen a property through Zoopla for sale a few days ago, I Emailed allen & harris through zoopla asking for a home report sent out to myself and a property viewing , I get no answer.
