Not impressed with this agent. Left to show people around flat several times as the agent could not be bothered to show up. Still waiting for deposit to be returned 3 weeks later despite closing evaluation being completed within 5 days. Passed from one agent to another several times.

4 Jan 2018Good morning Mr Young, I have taken on board your comments regarding your experience with us as agents and can understand your frustration with regards to your deposit, unfortunately from vacating, final inspection carried out, report received and the christmas holdays the management team will have been delayed and can only apologise on there behalf. I kept you informed via email with contact details as there was nothing else the letting team could do. I am sure this is currently being dealt with and refunded. I have spoken to the team and although we did viewings initially, it was yourself that agreed to carry out further viewings to find a tenant to release you from your current contract. This has now been achieved and a tenant will be moving in 15th January. I hope this will clarify your concerns and disappointment. Regards Sue

4 Jan 2018First viewing the agent did not show up. Second viewing he showed up but had absolutely no knowledge of the property such as the the fitted appliances in the kitchen. Third showing they did not turn up and the agent did not notify me of the cancellation so we waited in for no reason. Fourth viewing agent showed up 20 minutes late leaving the viewers stood outside on the street. Yes I agrees to undertake some viewings mainly due to the incompetence of the agent dealing with the property. Final evaluation includes issues that were already present when we moved in. 19 days and counting for offer, which as stated on the deposit protection site should have been done within 10 days. I would appreciate the return of the 24 days overpaid rent and resolution to my deposit despite the 19 day Christmas holiday that the firm has taken.

I have been very happy with Ball and Percival who acted for the owner of a house that was tenanted. This meant we had to do several walk throughs to ensure keys were in place and rubbish cleared.
