I will never use this get again, I can't even bring myself to list the many failings during the sale of our flat and it was 2 years ago now. 100's of phone calls in total t actually talk to someone that works there, completely mislead on the position the buyer was in, no understanding of our frustrations each time we were misled. I honestly felt at one point that I was losing my mind and that I must be subject of a prank! Just terrible. Because of them, next time I sell I will try out an online agent.

I had the chance to deal with Chancellors in Maidenhead whilst moving abroad. I had a property on the market with them and I got regular calls. They found me a buyer very quickly. Their service was appalling. My tenant damaged my property but Chancellors was saying nothing was wrong - but I luckily got to know about the damage from the plumber. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
