LANDLORDS - DO NOT USE ROBINSON MICHAEL AND JACKSON Robinson Michael and Jackson were the letting agents for my property. Their service is terrible. Despite paying for a fully managed service they pushed everything except rent collection back to me. Their observation and record keeping skills are poor: not noticing illegal sub-letting to at least 6 additional people, even when there were beds in the lounge and dining room; not noticing or recording damage to the property, lack of cleaning or removal of items during visits or check out. This has left me seriously out of pocket, frustrated at their sheer lack of customer service and now with another agent. They even misrepresented where the property would be managed from (Strood instead of Sittingbourne).
