I am a landlord and two properties with Midland Housing. I have found them to be very professional,courteous and very focused. They always find tenants quickly and chase up rents timely. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend the company to any landlord. Satnam Chand

Clear lack of communication between estate agents and landlords, and between estate agents themselves. We took half day off from work to see this property. Reached there 3:13 13 mins late. Called at 2:45 to let them know that I will be late. I have been a letting out my properties through Midland Housing for the past 5 years now. They have provided the best service in my opinion that i could get.
