Very straightforward tenancy. They were happy to negotiate the price of the rent without throwing their toys out of the pram unlike other EAs. Checkout was fair and reflected the condition of the property when we moved in, although we did have to amend the check in report considerably as this certainly did not reflect the property condition. Our deposit was returned shortly after moving out with no issues. Would definitely use again.

Have used this branch on several occasions for over 5 years on a tenant find basis and always found them helpful and prompt, with reasonable fees.
