I have used Reeds Rains to sell not only my house but also my father-in-laws house. Mine went through exceptionally well with no hiccups. The other house is still going through but despite many set backs, Laura at Reeds Rains has been extremely helpful and forthcoming, calling me and emailing me every few days with updates. She has also been instrumental in being the go between with all solicitors involved and again kept me fully informed of any updates. More importantly one particular issue, despite me being in Spain, she went out of her way, in her own time, to resolve an issue on our behalf. I can not recommend Reeds Rains highly enough, and in particular Laura Bailey, for their excellent service and professionalism throughout what is traditionally a very stressful time.

We had our house on the market for 3 months with a different agent previously and only generated 2 viewings in that period. The house was marketed OK after a initial poor start where my house was shown under offer when it wasn't and as a result it wasn't getting much of a response, after this was removed it became exceedingly popular and a bidding war ensued.
