Very unhappy with inaccurate court report valuing holiday rental properties. My solicitor complained, which cost me nearly £1,000. Not sure that the surveyor had the right skills for the job. The report wasn't balanced, when it was meant to be fair. Missed out crucial information. I would not use the firm again and definitely never recommend them. I tried the complaints procedure but this was ignored. Very expensive too.
