Very unhappy with inaccurate court report valuing holiday rental properties. My solicitor complained, which cost me nearly £1,000. Not sure that the surveyor had the right skills for the job. Awful. Reported leaking roof 12 months ago, still not fixed. Landlord now facing expensive repair costs, whilst Alder King continue to charge expensive fees. Poor poor poor customer relations. Very well priced. Agency fees are never going to be super cheap, so dont hang around for that. For what i paid (which is the normal charging fee if not significantly lower) i am totally happy. They always want to help and get things done on time.

The £360 fee for ONE person to rent a small damp studio flat in a building erected in 1929 is extortionate and cannot be justified whatsoever.
