My experience with this agency is awful. During my tenancy period it was very complicated to get help from them. It used to take ages to repair/fix the issues I had. For example i had a lot of problems with pipes due to them being old and incorrectly set up. There were constant leaks and blockages, at one point all both sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were clogged so badly could not use them at all for a week, besides that I had strong drain resembling smell in the flat. First they took ages to approve the repairs, then they would send some incompetent "professionals" who misdiagnosed the issues, then we had to go through the same approval process again. It was always very hard to get in the touch with them and they barely called back. But the worst happened when I moved out and they did not want to release my deposit.They just ignored my messages and calls. They insisted that I had damaged the floor and the landlord would withhold the amount from my deposit to repair it after he would find out the price to repair it. They referred to the inventory report which I had never seen when I moved in. After chasing them for a month I raised a claim with my deposit scheme. The agency/landlord were given 2 weeks to provide the explanation of the issue and supporting documents. But they did not even bother to reply!!! Currently I am still waiting for the adjudicator's deduction and hope to receive my money back ASAP. My advise is to avoid this agency of possible.
