just had a conversation with the lettings staff of this company, Today!!! found them to be rude, arrogant and patronising, to myself even though I'm a first time renter! Felt that there fees were outrageous and felt as if the girl on the other end of the phone DIDNT have a clue what she was on about!!!! so I had called around some other estate agents in the area, such as Oxley, Martin and Co, ADM Residential and found that there fee's are more reasonable and more of an understanding in what I was looking for.!!!!! I would strongly recommend if your looking for a rental ! Look else where ! customer service shocking! Attitude ! shocking

I have spoken with Oxley's and they have no record of having any discussion with yourself, as neither to do we after checking our call logs, as all our calls are manually recorded. It is my suggestion that this review is in fact defamatory and false as the member of staff named within the review was actually on annual leave for the full week in question.
