This company are awful I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who actually wants to let or buy a house. �100 was taken from our deposit and i didn't receive an email telling me why or a phone call but that's what its been like the whole time we have rented off them so it doesn't surprise me. The landlord we had was ridiculous and didn't know how to look after a house she said we took 2 cheap plastic IKEA chairs from her which me or my partner had never even seen before? We cleaned the house to an immaculate standard, much cleaner than when we moved in and she still took �100 off us!! We did all the garden whilst we lived there, jet washed it and dug up years of weeds and rubbish. The house didn't even have a black or a green bin when we moved in so we ordered those. We pushed and pushed to get the front door fixed and it was difficult to lock and unlock, there was mould on the roof when we moved in that again we rang and rang to get removed and nothing got done. The estate agents haven't been there for support and no one emails or phones back when they say they will. I don't know how this company is still going if i'm honest with such bad customer service. I wouldnt use this company again even if my dream house was being sold by them. And they need ot choose who they rent houses for as well becuase there are some very bad landlords out there and unlucky for us we had one.
