Randeep Mann(the proprietor) is a scamster. A professional sweet talker, he is all lies and nothing else. The deposit was never returned. No response to emails and phone calls. He's a cheat. Give them a miss if you want your money safe. Even the agreement was made under false name of KHJ Investments. He initially told me KHJ Investments was the 'new' landlord of Middleborough property in Coventry. Turned out that it is registered under his own name!!! *How can we stop him from duping more customers? Can we file a complaint?

10 Jun 2018They can not keep your deposit, it must be protected in a government scheme, like DPS OR TDS, if this was not done you can claim back times the amount of deposit, please see link below, they also need to issue other documents on moving in; Gas safety certificate, EPC, prescribed information etc... https://www.rla.org.uk/landlord/guides/legal-musts-for-landlords-and-letting-agents.shtml File claim online; https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome I got my deposit back by doing/requesting the above. * COMPULSIVE LIAR, DISGUSTING AND VILE INDIVIDUAL. This guy does not know how to tell the truth, how he sleeps at night is beyond me. Kept our deposit and ignored all forms of communication.
