this firm is a disgrace, made appointment to view,33 crawley square hebburn , 3.30 on 5th september , i got there 3.25 , phoned office 15.38, they said daniel running late but on way, waited till 4 oclock no show , phoned office , they then said she was there 3.30 waited till 3.45, down right liars, would never deal with this company again , IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SELL YOUR HOUSE , USE THESE LIARS

4 Nov 2017update on on liar estate agents keith pattinsons have now been informed this property 33 crawley square was purchased inhouse by 1 of there staff that is why they never attended my view this has now been put back on market as there was to much money to spend and they have backed out DISGRACE this vendor probaly not even know what has gone on will be reporting to estate agent ombudsmin

These have got to be the worst set sales poeple around. Never ever call when they say they are going to. Service is just so shocking that I'm going to take my property off the market and give it to another agent who hopefully will not be as bad. Well no one could be as unprofessional as the staff...
