Paul Decalmer came round initially to tell us about the service Reeds rains offered, after 2 other agents visited we felt that Paul was the ideal person to to go ahead with and we were very quickly proved right. He came round to do a full inspection and valuation and took the photos himself. WE put the property on the market at what we felt was a realistic price and we were very pleased with the way the property was marketed and with the response. We had many viewings and a number of very realistic offers. The way Paul and his team handled the whole process was totally without stress and very professional and the property was sold for a significant amount above the asking price, which was pleasing all round. I would highly recommend Paul and the team at Reeds Rains in Stretford for their honest and professional approach to the whole process and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.
