As a landlord using Homeworld Property Management I would like it known that, over the many years that they have let properties on my behalf, they have gone from strength to strength. Initially there were some hiccups and the communication was not strong when the company was in its infancy. However this has improved significantly over time and currently their service and communications are excellent. Problems at properties are dealt with speedily and efficiently. Welfare of the tenants is always considered, when reviewing work on premises. Keep up the good work.

I have rented my properties through Homeworld since 2012 and throughout this period they have been exceptional. I live abroad and they take care of everything for me. The staff at Homeworld are liars, rude and inept. They charge 11%+ VAT to "fully manage" your property - but they do not do inspections and do not check your property when the tenants leave. Subsequently, they gave my last lot back their full deposit despite their being hundreds of pounds ... Read Full Review

Homeworld are simply inept. In our experience they do not maintain their properties, their staff are often rude, and they made up various erroneous reasons as to why our entire deposit was to be retained. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
