Inaccurate details, staff do not listen or care, no attention to detail. Nearly caused sale to fall through. Head office refused to deal with complaint - go elsewhere

Genuinely diabolical. The landlords are attempting to sell 9 months before the end of our fixed term tenancy and we have had non-stop nuisance emails, calls and yes, even doorbells ringing from viewings which we have not given permission for.
