Recent viewing with Willaston branch (I think). The agent's manners were questionable - he blanked my relative who had met us there. Questions were answered with abrupt or evasive answers, until he received an abrupt answer in return. We felt as though we were wasting his time. Customer service at the office equally disdainful. I would not consider selling/renting/dealing with this company unless unavoidable.
