We will never choose Knight Frank again! The firm is not reliable.We signed the contract in August and paid the 4.5k pounds in September to rent the flat.When we moved to the flat,the agency refused to give us keys.The landlord broke the contract and refused us to move in.Then the agency promised us they will pay back our refund as soon as possible.We waited for two weeks and have to rent another flat to live in.We are both students and we need to pay our tuition fees in late September.The agency usually hangs up our phone call and the manager never told us when we will receive our refund.At last we have to find student service to chase our money back.We will never rent their flat.They don't even respect people.Their working efficiency is also very slow.Very bad experience in my lives.May be there is only money in their eyes.
