i am disgusted with the service that me and my pregnant partner are getting from belmonte lettings. we have 8 cm holes in our window frames, dam in every room, wood rot on every frame yet it still takes the 6 months to sort and its still not sorted they are a night mare even spoke to an expert from ramsgate glass who also can confirm that belmonte get so many quotes for windows replacing but they never follow there actions up. they are not to my number letting agents.

For over ten years I have been renting accommodations, using numerous agencies and private landlords. Belmonte is by far the worst agency I have ever come across. Any time we requested something to be fixed or replaced in the property the response was no. The whole experience lead to anxiety... Read Full Review

Might be preferable not to use this agent as a landlord. When requesting an inspection, the staff member was denied access to every room and accepted that!
