For over ten years I have been renting accommodations, using numerous agencies and private landlords. Belmonte is by far the worst agency I have ever come across. Any time we requested something to be fixed or replaced in the property the response was no. The whole experience lead to anxiety problems as well as stress. They do not care what your living conditions are unless they want money from you. For almost a year our shower was broken, on numerous occasions we requested it be fixed. Surprise it never happened. However on vacating the property blelmonte demanded payment from us to fix it. Worst service I have ever come across. Please run a mile from this agency for your own health and wellbeing

We operate a strict complaints procedure and would like to look into the situation to ensure that everything was done in our power to rectify any issues. As you pointed out we are acting on behalf of the Landlord's instructions and we would like to ensure those were acted upon correctly. We have LET over 8,000 properties in the area and have had very few complaints, however there are situations sometimes whereby we may have made an error and it is vital that we rectify any issues to ensure that this isn't repeated in the future. Please contact anyone of our offices to ensure we record the complaint and make sure if there is an issue, that is be resolved for the future.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
