Unprofessional from the offset. The inventory on our move-in day was given to us by the agent, we "didn't have to bother with it if we didn't want to", and when we did bother, and spent time writing down the plenty of marks already there throughout all the rooms the agent just sat impatiently in the front room and clearly didn't care. Throughout our tenancy we had house inspections, that could have been done in the depth they performed them from the office on google earth. Everything was "fine" until we handed in our notice, then all of a sudden it wasn't up to scratch. Odd really.... I agree with the other reviewers that most, not ALL, but the vast majority of the staff are young, snotty and on serious power trips. You can tell they probably still live at home with their mums, as anyone with that attitude can't have much life experience whatsoever. Don't expect good things from these or you will be disappointed. But DO expect every trick in the book to try and avoid you getting all of your deposit back, even if you somehow manage to contract Kim & Aggie to do the final clean-up.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
