Do NOT rent from these people - they charge £300 for so-called 'administrative' charges only to do nothing but apparently pick up the phone to check someone works where they say they work, despite them being supplied with official letters wasting my company's time that I worked for!! They look for anything in your application not to honour an agreement - a very, very bad experience indeed! Especially seeing as they knew I had a 10 yr old and am a postgrad - anything to get money out of people.

Unprofessional from the offset. The inventory on our move-in day was given to us by the agent, we "didn't have to bother with it if we didn't want to", and when we did bother, and spent time writing down the plenty of marks already there throughout all the rooms the agent just sat ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
