I rented a garage through this agent paid the deposit at the time, when I paid out I cleaned the garage they came and checked and said they will returned by money, and what happened? it's been 3 years now, I still haven't got my deposit back, Disgusting and corrupted. shouldn't be allow to carry on trading. *

Gave them fees for a property which needed a guarantor, I checked with them before what exactly they expected of the guarantor, they lied and we couldn't proceed.
