A well managed family business. Strats specialise in student rentals / accommodation in close vicinity to the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield. I have compared the accommodation offered by Strats Lettings to that offered by the University and experienced both and found that private accommodation is much cheaper overall than University accommodation. Living in university accommodation often felt like a zoo with too many distractions from other students larking about. From the local estate agents I found that Strats properties are better managed and maintained than the others and that's why I give them a 5 star review.
