Fabulous Lettings company who manages and maintains my properties professionally and efficiently, reassuring me that all properties are fully compliant to HMO regulations at all times. Front of house team consistently communicates with me should anything require authority or further instructions. Maintenance team are highly skilled and thorough in all aspects of their repairs/renewals. Would highly recommend Strats to all fellow Landlords.
