We have been with Denfords for a number of years, as Denfords manage the block of flats, and we own a flat in the block. I have to admit that I have not been over enthused by the service offered by Denrods, in that nothing seemed to happen, or if it did it took ages and much prodding. Having said that, I had a need to enlist Denfords help recently. The flat we own had over a number of years had a leak, which had undermined the shower bath etc etc. This was an obvious insurance claim, and Daniel sprang to my assistance immediately. Between us we managed to get the ok to proceed with fixing the problem, which I undertook and paid for. Daniel then kept the insurers up to date, and forwarded all the infor theyrequested to make an assessment of payment. It all took months as the insurers were very inefficient, and needed some heads banging together, to make ends meet. However in the end we prevailed, and it was great to be advised that we would be reimbursed, not for the whole amount, but for most of it.. I am very happy with the service offered, and have even been told that an AGM will happen after a number of years without on. I am completely happy with the service Denfords offer, and would recommend their services unreservadly..

Any agents fees are too high as a matter of normality. It is the results one gets from the service offered which justifies or otherwise, the fees. In this case, just about works.. !

Not sure where to start really. We were lied to from the beginning about why our electric gates were open all day, a request to have them closed was either ignored or reasons made up for keeping them open. Terrible. What I want to say would probably be illegal and without full accounts and costs (including independent quotes) it would be hard to prove.
