Literally the worst lettings agent I have ever had the misfortune of using. Do not use. They were supposed to be 'managing' a rental property for me but apart from taking their fee every month, there was no 'managing' being done. Queries went unanswered for weeks, I had to continuous chase them to do anything and when I did receive a reply, they were completely incompetent. I made several complaints but all fell on deaf ears. I have finally got rid of them but it has cost me a lot of money to do so, because the tenants left the poetry in a mess and I did not receive any support from William H Brown.

1 Aug 2018This company has lost me return deposit money of nearly £400 pounds due to their staff not even bothering to back up my claim. Also they claim that they have checked contractors and in most cases did not put forward more than one quote for a job at exorbitant prices. I sourced my own suppliers even though I live 199 miles away. Tried to charge me £120 for an annual expenditure sheet. The 'competent' contractor they sent out to fix a like for like hob took 7 hours of the poor tenants time for a job which should take an hour maximum. They do not respond to complaints unless you escalate them and even then there is no acknowledgement or apologies. An unbelievable shambles and unprofessional company. They dont even attempt to respond to any criticism. They simply dont care!
