The staff lies to get your money and then even on agreed conditions they will say that it is not written in agreement. Because even if conditions are agreed on email they will never put in the tenancy agreement. Furthermore, they will be so rude that you can not imagine. I asked for shortening of tenure, because of their fault (they did not clean the apartment when i had put in pre-condition of vacuuming, this set of respiratory allergy and I was really sick) and the guy said it is not my problem as it is not in contract go and see a doctor. I suffered a lot because they did not do what they promised. And on everything they agreed in the email they just went back. Inhuman and liars sums up this agency
Really high fees

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
