Carthews handled the sale of our house in Princes Risborough and we could not have been happier with the service. All their staff are highly professional, friendly and cheerful. Whilst encountering other agents looking for a property to buy, we really noticed the difference with Carthews. They took fantastic photos of the property, really paying attention to how the picture came out and coming back again and again to get the house looking its best (around changing weather, furniture moves and repairs we were making). The floor plan that Lynn drew was better than any others we'd seen (including with companies who contract out this work, hence an added expense and delay). They had our house on the market within a week of contacting them and throughout the process were constantly 'selling' the house by calling people on their mailing list for whom it might be interesting and explaining its advantages. They were helpful and informative throughout, giving excellent advice on both the sale and assisting us, when requested, with our purchase. They also really drove through completion, phoning up and down the chain, getting it unlocked and ensuring completion much faster than it otherwise would have been (including solving problems that should have been our purchasing agent's responsibility).
