As a landlord letting property I found Julian Carthew to be helpful, efficient, professional, realistic and reasonable. Their vetting of suitable tenants was valuable, as was their advice as to the duties and responsibilities of landlords and how to present the property. The services that they provide and for which I contracted, were fully carried out and again with professional helpful efficiency. They are not afraid to give advice on realistic expectations while listening carefully to their clients needs and requirements. I would recommend them.

We have absolutely no regrets in going for Carthews rather than a different agent or Purple Bricks - they were worth every penny of their very reasonable charge, with no upfront costs or added extras.
