I cannot express how terrible my experience with SJ has been. Right from the start the employee going through the tenancy agreement seemed to have no idea what she was talking about. When we had conflicts in the house, this same employee sent completely unprofessional emails. We've recently had a water leak and have tried to call and email SJ about it and it has been a week but still no reply. This isn't the first time we have reported problems and they have been unattended to. Their fees are unreasonable, rent was higher than it should have been, and their service was just POOR. The only thing I can't fault are the gentlemen in maintenance. Once the message finally got through that we had a maintenance issue (which did not always occur), the maintenance team were actually very polite and did resolve our problems.

11 Dec 2018Would be good if the agency actually notify tenants when mantinance are due to turn up. Maintenance actually turn up when booked. Have working fire extinguishers. Not leave rubbish in the doorways....
