SJ Property services always perform on top form. They have increased my rental income year on year. When it comes to managing properties they truly manage each house as if it was their own. I have been with previous letting agents in Brighton and SJ Property services have been far better than any other agency. There has never been hidden fees or surprise costs. Rent is paid straight to my account always on time. I would highly recommend using SJ property services for your portfolio no mater how large or small. Thank you to all the hard work.

Agent fees are cheaper compared to other agents that i have used in Brighton. They always are upfront about any costs and they are try and minimize costs where possible.

11 Dec 2018Would be good if the agency actually notify tenants when mantinance are due to turn up. Maintenance actually turn up when booked. Have working fire extinguishers. Not leave rubbish in the doorways....

I cannot express how terrible my experience with SJ has been. Right from the start the employee going through the tenancy agreement seemed to have no idea what she was talking about.
