As a landlord I have been building up a portfolio of properties in Hatfield in the last five years. I have dealt with several local Estate Agents in Hatfield, & have purchased properties through them. The staff at Pikes have no regard for landlords or tenants alike. On several occasions, they have expressly gone against my instructions and I have received complaints from my tenants as a result. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could be respectful of me as a landlady and my tenants. My tenants have contacted me about Pikes (specifically Jonathan and Aimee) entering the house without notice of any kind. They could send notice. And make sure the garden is maintained throughout the year as I paid for.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
