Throughout occupancy Pikes were completely unresponsive to any communication we attempted to make. The staff at Pikes have no regard for landlords or tenants alike. On several occasions, they have expressly gone against my instructions and I have received complaints from my tenants as a result. They have entered the premises without my or my tenants prior consent and have charged me for services ... Read Full Review
They could be respectful of me as a landlady and my tenants. My tenants have contacted me about Pikes (specifically Jonathan and Aimee) entering the house without notice of any kind. They could send notice. And make sure the garden is maintained throughout the year as I paid for.
