So disappointed. Renting a house from Austin and Wyatt. The house was empty for 3 weeks but they did nothing in those 3 weeks. When I moved in, it was filthy, the oven door is broken so I can't use it. They told me I had to fit a new light to the ceiling and the garden is full of rubbish and overgrown with weeds. I am trying to sort it out with maintenance but no one is contacting me. Considering the outrageous fees they charged, the least they can do is inspect and fix what's broken. Annoyed!!!!!!
