We have been operating in King’s Heath for 20 years now and are amongst the most established agents in the area. The Oulsnam office lies on the High Street by the junction with Station Road, in an area full of retailers, coffee shops, pubs, and the local library, so we see a considerable amount of foot traff
ic and window browsing. The King’s Heath office markets and manages properties in the surrounding suburbs of Birmingham such as Stirchley, Selly Park, Billesley and Yardley Wood. The area contains properties ranging from Victorian terraces to Edwardian villas and new apartment blocks. The office is managed by Lynda Williams who has been with Oulsnam since 1997.

I recently purchased a house with the Kings Heath Branch, and could not have been happier with the service. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. I was mostly helped by Maxine Dickson, who was great at keeping me updated with the progress of the property purchase, and in guiding me through the process. Thank you all very much.

Good value fees. As with all agents, negotiate the fees and be clear about where and how the property will be advertised. You may find lower fees (eg online agents) but I felt the quality of service I received was worth the money Oulsnams charged.
