I recently purchased a house with the Kings Heath Branch, and could not have been happier with the service. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. I was mostly helped by Maxine Dickson, who was great at keeping me updated with the progress of the property purchase, and in guiding me through the process. Thank you all very much.

Good value fees. As with all agents, negotiate the fees and be clear about where and how the property will be advertised. You may find lower fees (eg online agents) but I felt the quality of service I received was worth the money Oulsnams charged.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
We have a complaints procedure with appeal to the Ombudsman Service: Property.
