My Choice to use Austin and Wyatt was based on the way in which Richard came across to me at our first meeting, I did meet with two other estate agents. Richard listened to what I had to say and how I would like things to progress, he made promises which he delivered on time and in a very concise but professional manner. Richard built up a very good working relationship with me and was always most helpful as where the other staff in his office, if he said he would get back to me then he did and if he could not answer a question he would quickly find out and put me at ease. Richard comes across in my experience as being highly customer focussed with a very approachable can do will do attitude, something that is sadly lacking in many companies with their customer service. Thank you for making what can be a stressful time enjoyable, sometimes fun but always professional.
