Scheduled a viewing, have to rescheduled because they dont have the key yet. Two days later, they have to cancel that again because they still dont have the key!!!! I have only a one week window to look for flats before leaving town and you have wasted two of my evenings! Thanks very much for ruining my life!

My expierence with this company and has been extremely dreadful. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and unscrupulous. We are 3 Chinese students and rented a 2 bd flat from this company and paid the rent and deposit by Bankers Transfer. All transactions were through one of us only (Yi) so we assumed she would be the Lead Tenant. We were not given an inventory of the contents or condition of the flat until we left... Read Full Review
