My expierence with this company and has been extremely dreadful. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and unscrupulous. We have been in a legal battle with them and the landlady for over 6 months, dealing with the return of our deposit. Upon moving out, we realized that Martin & Co did not setup our deposit scheme correctly. In desperation, Martin & Co and the landlady seemingly teamed up and tried to place the blame on us. They became confrontational and went as far fabricating housing regulations in order to steal our deposit. Blindsided by this sudden viciousness, we went to legal agencies to get advice on our situation, and was informed that the way Martin & Co was handling this was illegal. Without getting into full details, the final legal ruling was in our favor and the deposit was fully returned to us. I would advise avoiding Martin & Co at all cost, as it will save you your money and time. They may seem professional at the first, however, it is all a guise as they have no idea what they are doing.

We are 3 Chinese students and rented a 2 bd flat from this company and paid the rent and deposit by Bankers Transfer.
