LANDLORDS AVOID THIS AGENT. As a tenant's parent of a tenant of a property lived in by my daughter (also a Landlord) I would warn landlords strongly against using this agent. They were thoroughly rude to my wife during the check-in; it was clear they would have preferred not to have had a parent present. They found it acceptable to accept money for a room so damp that it had to be provided with TWO dehumidifiers, which were not present at the time of viewing. They did not communicate any of my complaints to the landlord so that, by the time I had got hold of him through land registry, I was furious. He was charming and helpful, and dealt with our problems (presumably at the same time as paying KT for management, which they did not do)

Worst agency ever. I stayed in Bristol for 6 months and the flat is expensive whereas it's in poor conditions. (Our sink was blocked several times, the bathroom is decrepit, the carpet is old...) The letting agents are extremely rude and unhelpful both when moving in and moving out. During our tenancy we experienced problems with damp and black mould the maintenance agent blamed us as tenants for closing the curtains which apparently prevents ventilation???? Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
