Worst agency ever. I stayed in Bristol for 6 months and the flat is expensive whereas it's in poor conditions. (Our sink was blocked several times, the bathroom is decrepit, the carpet is old...) Appalling service. Charged me £42.00 for a reference for my new rental property. £42 for something that takes less than 5 minutes... When they called me in to "sign paperwork" and I spent 25 minutes walking to the office and then 25 minutes immediately back ... Read Full Review

LANDLORDS AVOID THIS AGENT. As a tenant's parent of a tenant of a property lived in by my daughter (also a Landlord) I would warn landlords strongly against using this agent. The letting agents are extremely rude and unhelpful both when moving in and moving out. During our tenancy we experienced problems with damp and black mould the maintenance agent blamed us as tenants for closing the curtains which apparently prevents ventilation???? We have had problems with rats ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
